We do best in what we do. We are top in line when it comes to athletics and we have won many awards in sports competitions among the halls. When it comes to academic work, we are superb. Members of the hall are encouraged to take part in leadership and to do it well. Freeman Hall is our twin Hall. A great Hall it is.
In the recent Centenary Celebration Quiz and Debate competitions organised, Vera and its twin Hall emerged the winners. The comfort and security of our members is the priorities of the Hall. We can boast of having sockets in every room, which helps prevent students form charging their phones on the veranda or moving to different rooms to charge their phones and also to avoid the fear of phones being stolen. Again, noticing that the doors to our rooms were quite weak and may be easy to be break through, we have installed new and strong doors to avoid any unforeseen circumstances.
With all these and other developments in our hall, we still need to do more. We plead to the past students and some external supporters to be of help to us in cash or kind to be able to achieve the goal of improving the living standard in Vera hall. Cleanliness they say is next to godliness. We want to do casting of cement on our compound to improve upon sanitation.
We give God the grace for keeping Vera Hall. We also say thank you to all our mistresses, current and past mistresses. And again, thanks to our current and all past students. To our current Hall mistress, Madam Agnes Adobea, we owe you a depth of gratitude. You are all that one could ask of a mother and a teacher.
We seek to achieve academic excellence, good morals, greatness in all aspects of life. We are the Pacesetters, one heart and one way We say ‘Akpe, ‘Ye da mo ase’,’Ti pose ya’,’ Ayekoo’ and thanks to everyone for their support and cooperation to the hall.
