On Friday, 20th December 2024, the prestigious Wesley College of Education held a momentous sod-cutting ceremony to mark the commencement of the construction of a 2,000-capacity modern multi-purpose auditorium.
The event was graced by the Council Chair, Most Rev. Dr. Paul Kwabena Boafo, the Principal, Mr. Kennedy Ameyaw Baah, the College Secretary, Mrs. Cecijoe Asiedu-Yirenkyi, and other staff members
The project, funded by GETFund in partnership with the Internally Generated Funds (IGF) of the College, is set to provide a versatile space for various gatherings, including student orientations, matriculation ceremonies, congregations, and external public events. The facility will be managed under the supervision of a dedicated Facility Manager.
