GES has asked teachers who passed the February 2021 promotion test to submit hard copies of some documents to the Head of Human Resource Management Development at the GES headquarters by June 15, 2021, for promotion letters.
The Education Service in a communique sighted by EducationWeb.com.gh said relevant documents like all professional certificates, previous promotion letters, application printouts and first appointment letter.
The documents it said are to be verified at the District and Regional offices before forwarded to the Headquarters of the Ghana Education Service (GES).
Professionals who have checked their results and have feedback requesting them documents to GES Headquarters have successfully passed Aptitude test except for few issues with the download of their attachment from the promotion portal. The documents are for verification,” a staff of the Education Service told EducationWeb.com.gh.
Teachers have been advised to take all the necessary steps to ensure they meet all the additional documentation requirements to seal the processing of their promotion to the next rank.
